Lead client negotiations on contracts, pricing and services to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and close new business
6. Collaborate with Internal Teams
Work closely with teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered efficiently

Performance Reporting
Regularly update senior management on sales pipeline progress, performance and key opportunities
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resource or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the HR or Talent Management Industry
Skills: Strong understanding of HR services and solutions
Proven experience with lead generation, cold calling and networking
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Comfortable working with senior executives and key decision makers
