Key Responsibilities
Contract Negotiation:
Manage the full lifecycle of business contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and sustainable value for the organization.
Sales Growth:
Design and implement effective strategies to boost sales across established and emerging markets.
Opportunity Exploration:
Identify and assess new business opportunities--including niche sectors and untapped markets--to unlock innovative paths for growth and collaboration.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory developments to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirement
Extensive experience in sales, business development, or contract negotiation--especially in construction or similar fields.
Proficiency in
English, Mandarin, and Malay
to liaise effectively with regional partners.
Strong communication and people skills.
Comfortable working with different types of businesses.
Creative thinker with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
