Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

a) Manage and supervise staff members. This includes hiring, training, and firing staff when necessary.


b) Negoitiate with suppliers around Asia to ensure low cost and good quality materials for our projects.


C) Manage the company budget and payroll. This includes managing supply purchases and ensuring that the company is profitable enough to cover expenses.


d) Sourcing of the Chinese markets for suppliers of interior design goods, especially conversant in Chinese, Eservivces on procurement, logistics service. Work with the ID teams on delivering new experiences and design concept for clients.


e) Lead team to trade show and establish branding for company. Explore new business opportunities and new work procedures, preparation for expansion of brand name. f) Resolve all staff disputes and problems and respond to customer complaints. g) Customer facing, updating client files, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork.

Skills and Qualifications

Salesmanship ,Customer service


Conversant in English and Chinese.


Posses a Class 3 driving license


Diploma and above, with preference for business and management focus


Friendly and approachable.


Can travel extensively to China at Short notice
