Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading Morrow Health's membership sales function - driving revenue growth, building a high-performance sales team, and designing the full sales playbook and operational SOPs. This role is highly results-driven and requires hands-on leadership in hiring, training, coaching, and optimising sales performance.
