Strong business aptitude in Southeast Asia Region with an entrepreneurial mindset
Set overall target and develop plans for AUM acquisition and revenue growth
Project and track actual progress of AUM acquisition
To raise awareness and promotion of the firm and funds
Research, identify and develop pipelines of prospective clients
Coordinate and bridge the client advisor with prospective clients
Develop and maintain cordial relationship with prospective clients
Set goals for the business development team members and develop strategies to meet AUM target
Provide training and mentorship to business development team members
Attending conferences, industry, and networking events
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
