Business Development Manager (turnkey Plastics Solutions/healthcare Pdts Exp)

Job Description
- Develop new businesses through market penetration and expansion of existing customer accounts
- Conduct feasibility study on new business opportunities
- Conduct and provide up-to-date market survey, competitive analysis, supply chain information, business opportunity and threat in healthcare industries
- Conduct sales and marketing activities, establish networking and build relationship with existing and potential customers
- Attend to RFQ (inquiry) and prepare quotation to submit to customer
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on specific requirements and changes
- Responsible for contract review, liability claim, price negotiations and all commercial discussions with customers
- Responsible for overall program management and overall costing analysis
- Any other assignments deemed fit by Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering – an MBA will be an added advantage
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Ability to think strategically and problem-solve with a customer-first mindset
- Independent, good initiative and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Office: Joo Koon/Boon Lay | Mon – Fri (8:30am to 5:45pm)
- Monthly salary + AWS + Variable Bonus. Monthly salary will commensurate according to experiences
