Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and resourceful
Business Development Executive
to join our expanding team. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and guiding SMEs through the financing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities through various channels (cold-calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships).
Build strong relationships with SME owners and decision-makers.
Understand client business needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions to structure loan applications.
Meet and exceed sales targets by converting qualified leads into successful deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Finance, or related fields (preferred, but not compulsory).
Prior experience in sales, business development, or financial services is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with SME loans or financial products will be a plus (training provided).
