Job Description
Direct Search Global is working with a private-equity funded healthcare company to fill a role of Business Development & Marketing Manager to be based in their Singapore office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relations, collaboration, and partnerships with all clients including
that encompasses B2B audience * Plan and execute strategic marketing activities to create brand awareness and
generate leads for all entities. * Develop pipelines with insurance companies
- Manage and develop existing and new corporate client accounts
- Analyze category trends; encompassing market, product and competitors and
consumer needs * Guide and add value in analyzing and drawing insights from all available data and how it
impacts the business moving forward * Develop marketing content where the value propositions are clearly communicated
Content includes essential materials such as social media advertising, brochure, sales placemat, and EDM.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years of similar experience in Marketing or Business Development in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in insurance partnerships is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Self-driven, motivated and outgoing with positive attitudes.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong analytical skills
