Now we are looking for a Business Development Representative based in Manila who will be responsible for ride-hailing development in Philippines. If you are ready to promote a people-oriented business, have experience in sales, analysis of data, and digital marketing, we are waiting for your CV!

What will you do:

• 
  Defining a country development strategy through external and internal market research;
• 
  Improving and constantly monitoring key indicators of cities where inDriver is present;
• 
  Controlling the GR function in your country;
• 
  Scaling new product features that stimulate KPI growth;
• 
  Constant monitoring of the situation in the country, changes in regulation, customer satisfaction, drivers' mood. Quality control of the application in the field;
• 
  Interacting with cross-teams (marketing, product, analytical, PR, operational, legal and financial) and their coordination to launch projects, solve problems and ensure growth within the cities where inDriver operates;
• 
  Conduct Сustomer Development surveys, generate hypotheses and check MVP. Field studies, city trips within the country and to other countries;
• 
  In plans: new cities launch coordination.

What we expect from you:

• 
  Fluent English;
• 
  Bachelor’s degree;
• 
  Working experience in business development/sales/marketing/project management;
• 
  Google sheets skills;
• 
  Experience in Digital Marketing (independently work with coverage, traffic, conversion, LTV);
• 
  Proactivity, putting forward new ideas;
• 
  Availability to business-trips;
• 
  Good communication and teamwork skills
