Job Summary:
The Business Development Partner engages with stakeholders to address their concerns about investment reporting accuracy and timeliness. Using advanced technology, the representative and their team will proactively reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn. They will gain expertise in sales techniques and utilize company tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and High Spot to effectively find new prospects and contribute to Clearwater\'s growth.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Source and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s products/services addressing or predicting clients\xe2\x80\x99 objectives.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Create and maintain client information in our CRM database.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting.
2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 successful attainment in a Business Development or Inside Sales role.
Experience in investment accounting.
Experience with Salesforce or CRM database.
