• Engage with potential customers, both online and offline, to create awareness and generate interest in the products/services.
• Develop a deep understanding of the clients products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through personalized interactions and excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the internal team to provide feedback and insights from customers\' perspectives.
• Utilize social media platforms and other digital channels to promote our brand and engage with our online community.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors\' activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.

Qualifications:

• A fresh graduate with a dipoma / bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for interacting with people.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
