Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention within the region through targeted engagement initiatives, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key local customers. You will also ensure that regional commercial activities are aligned with head office-driven sales initiatives to capture emerging opportunities. This includes achieving share-of-wallet growth KPIs and year-on-year improvements, participating in customer meetings to build rapport and address business needs, promptly resolving or escalating customer queries to ensure satisfaction, accurately documenting customer interactions and follow-ups within the stipulated timeframe, and ensuring the timely submission of reports to customers.
