Plan and develop strategies to achieve monthly sales within budget Coordinate and brainstorm on launch product campaigns and product push To source/develop a new product line for the market. Establishing New vendors Relationships To source and select local/overseas suppliers according to market opportunities and company requirements. Ensure maximum turnover by negotiating the best deals and pricing with supplier To collaborate with external parties and suppliers and support the onboarding process. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers Coordination of imported products Review and monitor category assortment performance and implement various action plans for improvement. Forecasting of new product demand and reviewing product pricing to ensure they meet margins target with healthy growth. To manage and coordinate the entire importing and logistics process from ordering to fulfilment. To ensure the product quality is according to purchase requirements. To liaise closely with the Operations/Sales team regarding inventory matters and re-orders. Supporting Sales and Marketing activities To work closely with the Sales team on existing and new products to sell. Representing the company at sales and marketing conventions, campaigns and trade shows Report generation and presentation. Performs additional duties as required. Requirements Min. Diploma and above in Sales & Marketing, Business or equivalent with at least 4 -5 years of relevant experience preferably in fresh produce/grocery Able to work in a demanding and ambiguous environment with strong attention to detail and exceptional organization skills Strong mentoring and coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise Superior management skills ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers A willingness and desire to assist in unrelated and/or unassigned tasks to ensure the effective operation Must be a problem solver and be capable of identifying areas of efficiency.
