Job Description


  • Assist in communicating requirements and activities to stakeholders.
  • Assist in working with allocated resources to ensure alignment of interest within business activities.
  • Understand market needs and opportunities in key local accounts within assigned verticals.
  • Assist in conducting targeted conversations with customers to identify customer needs.
  • Assist in conducting studies to determine the prevalent trends, dynamics, and market movements.
  • Assist in executing appropriate solutions to address customer queries based on sales/customer management knowledge.
  • Assist in resolving customer relationship management conflicts.
  • Assist managers complete daily tasks.
  • Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
  • Provide administrative support Participate in the company’s strategic planning.
  • Keep track of business revenue.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration related studies
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge in Marketing.
  • Processes good communication skills.
  • Strong focus on achieving outstanding customer experience results.
  • Ability to provide effective solutions to address customer needs.
