• Works closely with the manager and other senior management to achieve the Corporate overall effectiveness and success.
• Drive effective revenue growth and business expansion strategies and approaches to increase monetization opportunities.
• To research, monitor and understand the market and competitive trends to create strategic plans that will deliver desired results.
• Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements and financials.
• Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of company strategies and operations.
• Conduct research on prospective firms and prepare customized presentation for teams to use in negotiation meetings
• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain knowledge of social media platforms in order to identify opportunities to develop strategic partnerships.
• Analyse problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A local Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing or relevant fields.
• Excellent communication, analytical, creative and computer skills.
• Team player and good project planning and presentation skills.
• Speaks good English, and preferably Mandarin, so as to communicate with clients from all walks of life.
