Conducting thorough consultations with clients to understand their staffing requirements, including job descriptions, candidate qualifications, and cultural fit.
Developing customized proposals and presentations that outline the agency\'s services, capabilities, and value proposition to prospective clients.
Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts, including pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements, to secure new business.
