About Our Client
Global Fintech company.


  • Managing the day-to-day support of our channel partners\' enquiries;
  • Leads identification and generation at point of onboarding;
  • Responsible for strategic and key account management including site visits during credit and periodic reviews;
  • Proactive monitoring of strategic and key accounts to achieve optimum profitability and identify new business opportunities;
  • Perform Know-Your Customer and due diligence checks on prospective customers at onboarding, ensuring that all information and documents satisfy regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
  • 2 years of experience in frontline sales, business development, relationship management, client servicing roles or customer due diligence function within SME space.
  • Candidates with similar experience within Payment Service Providers, Fintech and Wealth Management
  • Analytical, presentation and reporting skills
  • Team player and self - starter
