Managing the day-to-day support of our channel partners\' enquiries;
Leads identification and generation at point of onboarding;
Responsible for strategic and key account management including site visits during credit and periodic reviews;
Proactive monitoring of strategic and key accounts to achieve optimum profitability and identify new business opportunities;
Perform Know-Your Customer and due diligence checks on prospective customers at onboarding, ensuring that all information and documents satisfy regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
2 years of experience in frontline sales, business development, relationship management, client servicing roles or customer due diligence function within SME space.
Candidates with similar experience within Payment Service Providers, Fintech and Wealth Management
Analytical, presentation and reporting skills
Team player and self - starter
