Our client is a global leader freight forwarding company providing logistics solutions to industries such as Pharma & Healthcare, Luxury & Fashion, Automotive etc. They are currently seeking for a talent to join the team for their upcoming expansion. The incumbent is entrusted for the implementation of standard procedure for the onboarding of new and exisiting clients in APAC. * Salary basic up to $4500 + AWS + VB * Location: Central * Working hours: Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm

• Working hours: Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation for new or existing accounts
• Liaise with internal and exernal stakeholders to discuss and establish implementation plans and get sign off by all stakeholders
• Highlight concerns within the business, provide suggestions and communicate these information with the stakeholders
• Create Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), reporting and training materials
• Ensure proper account setup in the ERP system
• Conduct SOP trainings and ensure each branch servicing the account understands the SOPs and execute accordingly
• Update status of progress on business implementation and transition to stakeholders

The Talent

• Preferably candidates with at least Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience working in frieght forwarding industry
