FM Pop Music School (FMPMS) is the group's enrichment arm, delivering workshops, short courses, and contemporary music training for youths and adults.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Business Manager to execute the commercial engine across both TSMC and FMPMS. This is a cross-functional and high-impact role for growth, marketing systemisation, sales conversion strategy, and development of special projects across both brands.
You will work closely with the General Manager to design, operationalise, and scale the commercial and product development across Singapore and other markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation, Marketing Systems & Funnel Management
Own and manage the end-to-end lead generation engine for both brands.
Design and optimise marketing funnels, including tracking, segmentation, automation, and retargeting.
Create dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance insights for weekly and monthly reviews.
Work closely with the external marketing agency to shape communication based on strategic direction.
Sales Conversion Strategy (SG + Digital)
Systemise the end-to-end prospect nurturing and sales conversion process.
Identify conversion barriers and deploy targeted interventions.
Oversee pre-course counselling playbooks, scripts, and communications templates.
Oversee planning and execution of conversion events (e.g. workshops, previews).
Oversee the Sales & Marketing Executive to streamline conversion and its process integrity.
Collaborate with the Learning Manager to ensure operational and academic readiness for new intakes.
Regional Expansion & International Recruitment
Lead market research, feasibility analysis, and potential partner engagements
Design and pilot cross-border marketing funnels.
Assist in building the ERA global network and supporting talent deployment initiatives.
Product Management & New Programme Build (TSMC & FMPMS)
Support the General Manager in developing new programme lines, including: Market Validation, Positioning & Value Proposition, Product-Market Fit cycles, Launch Execution
Collaborate with Academic and Administration teams to ensure content & delivery alignment
Partnership Development & Industry Engagement (Commercial)
Support the General Manager in identifying and nurturing commercial partnerships (education, media, entertainment, creative industry).
Build structured partnership mechanics, reporting, and maintenance cycles.
Support execution of cross-brand campaigns and collaborations.
Events, Community, and Network Activation
Provide support and direction for: Community events, Industry outreach, Special projects
Ensure events are aligned with brand, curriculum, and marketing/strategic objectives.
Policies, Systems & Processes
Co-create and maintain marketing, sales, and admissions systems and SOPs.
Implement scalable processes that support growth across multiple countries and product lines.
Work closely with the Learning Manager on cross-functional workflows.
Any other business
Support in any other business activities as required.
This role will be expected to provide executional support in any of the above domains, if required.
Requirements
3-5 years in education management, growth, marketing strategy, product, or startup operations.
Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities, amidst ambiguity.
Experience managing funnels, CRM tools, dashboards, and digital performance metrics.
Strong project management discipline; thrives in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments.
Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to leadership.
Passion for education, music, or creative industries is a strong advantage.
Proficient in Mandarin (written/verbal) to communicate with mandarin-speaking market partners and clients.
