Global Product Services (GPS) mission is to significantly enhance our most important customer\'s experience by effectively resolving technical issues, proactively preventing future problems, and inspiring teams to create valuable, high-quality products.

The Monetization Product Testing (MPT) team is one of the pillars in GPS and focuses on delivering actionable insights from customers through product testing to inform the readiness of a product ahead of global launch and identify growth opportunities.

This position will partner with internal product teams to provide end-to-end planning and execution support to recruited alphas and betas tests for Business Messaging products.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, including establishing clear exit criteria and success metrics.
  • Own the operational execution of testing workflows, including recruitment outreach, test QA, and performance tracking across multiple projects.
  • Translate onboarding guides, feedback surveys, and email communications from English to Vietnamese to ensure effective communication with testing participants.
  • Lead 1:1 feedback calls with testing participants when applicable to gather valuable insights and feedback.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the progress of tests to ensure overall program quality and consistency.
  • Identify and prioritize product issues and bugs, and quickly triage them to the relevant stakeholders for resolution in a timely manner, so that testing participants are unblocked and able to continue their work without interruption.
  • Proactively communicate with cross-functional teams to provide timely updates and status reports on testing progress.
  • Compile test learnings and insights into a final readout to inform product development decisions and influence next steps for the product team.
Skills
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and with high quality.
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing communications, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience working across different cross-functional teams, with a proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders from various departments and backgrounds.
  • - Experience with A/B testing or qualitative testing (surveys, interviews), with a proven ability to design and execute experiments that drive product improvements and inform data-driven decisions.
  • - Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, and effectively manage multiple responsibilities and tasks across various scales of magnitude while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • - Previous tech and/or international company experience is a plus.
