• BUSINESS OPERATION MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices and able speak fluent english. Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency

• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recruit, train and supervise staff

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

The Operations manager is the holder of key relationships and the architect of memorable guest experiences. This role will be responsible for leading and developing all Food & Beverage team members within the outlets of the hotel, while still ensuring an efficient and effective operation to achieve outstanding guest service and a keen eye for detail. The successful applicant will assist in guiding the Outlet department managers team toward achieving all goals and growing the business.The operations manager reports directly to the Director of Food and Beverage while working closely with works closely with the Head Chef, and Beverage managers.They will build and motivate a team of like-minded professionals, with a diverse range of skills and backgrounds towards and unified goal of excellence.High-level financial acumen is a must, be experienced in hitting wage costs, COGS and revenue targets to maximize profitability.
