GASHUB is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for building the business success of the company's diesel division by working with a team to generate new revenue, identify new business opportunities or prospects, and develop relationships with key customer accounts. Having experience or knowledge in the field of biodiesel and boiler diesel is a great advantage. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to apply both your sales and engineering knowledge. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and assisting in the setup of new plants for clients or joint ventures.Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and oversee new sales and marketing initiatives.
• Research potential and existing markets to identify business opportunities.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to identify new prospects.
• Prepare technical presentations, proposals, sales contracts, quotations, and various sales tools on effective development of business opportunities.
• Coordinate and ensure support in meeting project success internally with customers.
• Participate in setting up and commissioning plants.
• Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers for repeat orders.
• Train personnel and help team members to understand the technical aspects of the process and products.
• Perform project risk assessments and ensure that KPIs are met.
• Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to promote and improve business development.

Requirements:

• Minimum education qualifications: Diploma preferably in process/mechanical/electrical engineering or another related engineering.
• A proven sales track record and working experience in business development, marketing, or sales team are preferable.
• Able to support plant setup, product development, and release.
• Experience in or has been trained in process operation.
• Able to communicate, both verbal and written, effectively and clearly in English and other Asian languages.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision when tasked.
• Ability to perform other activities as necessary and as directed by senior management.
• Able to travel and perform work overseas without much hesitation.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per monthSchedule:
