What you can expect to deal with: We are seeking a driven and reliable team member to be based at our Singapore office in Tanjong Pagar to cover our global finance operations.You can expect to undergo training to master the ebb and flow of our internal, financial and operational processes in order to achieve effective and in-depth knowledge of Aerapass so that you will be capable of transferring such skills to our future colleagues. Daily tasks may include but not be limited to:- Administration of transactional operations with our banking partners and all our third party providers Screening for payments (fiat and virtual currencies) and/or customer onboarding Liaising with our all our external accountants and effectively do what necessary to keep all financial records of our group of companies up to date, spanning mostly across Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia General bookkeeping and invoice processing Customer service support via email and on Intercom Assistance in filing office documents relating to compliance matters. Providing Admin support and office management (submission of documents, scanning, etc.) Training of future team members once our future projects are initiated Any other duties which Aerapass may require from time to time, with possibilities of job rotations. What we expect you to join us with: Singapore citizens or Singapore permanent resident only . Tertiary Education will be prioritised but established experience is sufficient. 2 to 4 years of practical experience in accounting. While no experience in Operations is required, we will need at least some proven practical experience with Accounting / Bookkeeping. Some prior exposure to Compliance and/or Customer Service is appreciated but not required. Excitement to learn more about it is sufficient. Willing to roll up the sleeves and with the attitude of a curious and learning-hungry person. Candidates who are available immediately or on a short notice will be prioritised. This is a perfect role for all-rounder candidates who want to learn everything about running the daily business of a start-up payments fintech. Those who intend to shift out of their traditional accounting routines to experiment with a more operational flair of things will love this opportunity.
