Tessaract.io is a fast-growing startup offering an all-in-one enterprise management software for professionals built on a cloud-native architecture. Tessaract.io gives control and creates efficiency, keeping track of workflows, schedules and entire cases from initial execution to eventual completion. It includes the full suite of automation features for client and case management, including task creation document generation.



We are looking for great individuals who want to be part of a fast growing technology company. As a Business Optimization Intern, you will be a core part of the team as we identify opportunities to optimize and scale the company. An ability to thrive in a startup environment is a must, with a desire to do great things as a team.

Responsibilities you can expect to take up

Develop deep knowledge of the software and the company

Identify opportunities and participate in improving operational and sales processes.

Build up SOPs, playbooks, facilitate improvements and streamline processes.

Work closely with the team to conduct performance monitoring and develop insights, including the ability to use frameworks like Selenium.

Conduct market research on potential initiatives including new markets and products, communicating them to senior management in concise, insightful ways.

Liaise with team members to find the best solutions to answer customers' and internal team questions

Develop relevant content to help the team

Be part of the testing and review of unreleased features

A can-do attitude and good ethics, including respecting client confidentiality at all times
