Job Description

1. Conceptualise and operationalise initiatives to engage and support targeted group of members (including finance leaders and young accountants):

• Plan and execute members engagement activities (including talks, networking sessions, workshops, mentorship programmes)
• Work with partners to run webinars, finance leaders dialogues and roundtables
• Proactively engage the industry to understand their needs
• Drive participation through marketing and publicity
• Support the organisation and publicity for ISCA’s flagship conference

2. Assist ISCA’s career support initiatives :

• ISCA Mentoring programmes
• ISCA Career Growth Centre with at least 5,000 job listings (liaising with Workforce Singapore, assist in coordination posting related matters)
• Career matching services (facilitate matching between job seekers and employers)

3. In addition to the above key projects, below are the operational tasks :

• Secretariat for relevant ISCA Committees
• Assist in committee related initiatives
• Secretariat for Singapore Corporate Awards and Best CFO awards
• Marketing and outreach for related events

Job Requirements:

• A degree in accountancy/business marketing, or events management
• 4 - 6 years of working experience
• Prior experience in an engagement role/ events management/ professional membership body would be an added advantage
• Current accountant/auditor looking for engagement role are welcome to apply
• Strong writing and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside ISCA
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented mind with a natural ability to multi-task
• Agile in picking up intricacies of various member segments and developing appropriate programmes to address those segments
• Possess strong project management abilities
• Able to work well independently, as well as in a team
• Social media savvy
