The Role As a Business Process Assistant, you are responsible to handle e-mail management of BBOG mailbox (Inbound & Outbound), issuance of bulletins/announcements/reminders directly addressed to branches & head office units and updating of Knowledge Base website. You will evaluate incoming e-mails and re-direct to proper units/channels for immediate resolution and elevation. Also, you will write bulletins, announcements, issue reminders as assigned. How you will contribute

  • Responds to queries, concerns &/or issues being raised by branches via e-mail or over-the-phone to allow continuous servicing of clients within acceptable turnaround time.
  • Disseminates regulatory memorandum, caution notices and fraud alerts to branches & other head office recipients through announcements and bulletin reminder via BBOG's authorized email address for the awareness and guidance of concerned personnel.
  • Compose simple to medium (based on complexity) bulletin/reminders/ announcements based on research from concerned units to be announced for the information and guidance of branches and head office units.
  • Updates new issuances and revisions of previous bulletins, announcements, reminders and unit's manuals in Knowledge Base to ensure that branches & head office users are able to access the most updated references.
  • Performs Back up of files through the scanning of printed documents and saving of email trails for future reference and back up.
  • Prepares and translates final bulletin/ announcement into simplified "millennial" form by using computer graphics editing tools, picture tools to cascade guidelines in concise & easy-to- read manner
  • Solicits information from process owners, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Other affected Groups/Business Units. through phone call or via e-mail query to come up with solid solution, plans, data which will address various queries raised.
  • Prepares and submits Internal and External reports within turnaround time through email or hardcopies to comply with Bank management's or regulatory requirements.
  • Revises /updates policies and procedures posted in Knowledge Base using recently issued bulletins (new, updates) including announcements/reminders to keep readers well informed and updated.
  • Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's / College Degree or any related courses.
  • Good in handling computer graphic software and design
  • With good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Can work in a group or individually, and responsive to the needs of customers (internal and external).
