Summary As Business Process Automation Project Manager, you will be leading projects with performance level and deliverables that are compliant with the business and technical requirements specification. You will be responsible for managing and driving the projects for the Asia Pacific Regional Office. You will analyse business requirements and convert the business requirements into Digital and Automation Projects. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and experience in project management and process improvement. Main Responsibilities: Review and provide business on the appropriate Business or Digital Automation solution Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business sponsors to define, design, develop and implement projects Collaborate with Business Process Managers to ensure the projects' benefits are align with company's strategy Develop project plan to enable monitoring and tracking of project progress to successfully execute project on time and within budget Assess and valorize project impact and ROI Coordinate and lead project planning sessions with steering committee Track issues and risks, and escalate and/or implement mitigation plans as appropriate to ensure projects are on track Conduct project reviews, track status, and generate reports for management Identify and propose new innovative digital projects, in collaboration with external vendors and ecosystems To excel in this role, you will possess great interpersonal skills and problem-solving mind. Minimum Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in Project Management in shipping, logistics or supply chain industry Degree in Maritime, Logistics or Supply Chain related Project Management and/or Product Management certification/s would be a plus Proficiency in Power Apps and/or Power Automate is added advantage ..This role is opened for local employment only.
