Job Description

The team is looking for an experienced candidate (Business, Marketing and Program Coordinator) to join the regional headquarters in Singapore, working with stakeholders across the APAC region.
The team is responsible for executing the Go-To-Market plan with the APAC Sales Team resulting in revenue growth and increased market shares within their managed accounts.
The primary function will be to execute and drive internal sales programs and work with the regional consulting sales teams to land demand generation activities in their customer accounts.
Participate in account planning activities and recommendations to help grow pipeline and collaborate with Marketing teams to integrate Solution priorities with the Consulting sales teams

• Maintain Consulting offerings knowledge and evangelize internally to the sellers to identify relevant scenarios
• Maintain tracking of pipeline progress and trends in order to identify needed relevant actions
• Define, implement, and maintain campaigns KPIs and reports
• Work with Sales Managers across HQ and Subsidiary to deliver on time campaign outcomes
• Ability to take direction but also to be able to use initiative to deliver outcomes as needed.
• Pursuit Leadership - Driving effective collaboration across the deal team to shape the proposed solution & meet customer needs & budget
• Support and orchestrate with sellers qualified strategic pre-sales engagements and deal shaping for highly complex and large pursuits
• Pursuit Execution - Leading pre-sales solutioning activities & driving deal velocity, in partnership with Sales, to ensure successful execution of the deal

Day to day

• Consistent communication with the sales team to check-in on pipelines, prioritizing key actions relating to pursuits, helping sellers drive sales and support initiatives and solutions for the team
• Consolidate and put together presentation and packaging of solutions in the public sector / enterprise clients
• Work is predominantly program operational in nature and will drive the overarching strategy of the team
