Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical professional to report to the Chief Technical Officer. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives across the Asia region, including cross-functional transformation and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

(1) Strategic Project Execution

Lead and support high-impact initiatives across reinsurance, transformation, and operational efficiency. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
(2) Analytical & Decision Support

Perform financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making. Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for internal and regional stakeholders. Identify risks, opportunities, and performance metrics to guide ongoing initiatives. Support governance frameworks to ensure project oversight, compliance, and accountability. Monitor and track KPIs to ensure alignment with regional and group-level objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Minimum of?7 years of relevant experience?in management consulting, corporate strategy, or project management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful outcomes Experience in reinsurance, mergers and acquisitions, or?insurance operations will be highly advantageous Demonstrated ability to?lead and manage complex projects within the insurance, financial services, or technology sectors. Strong?analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Excellent?communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.

Pay: $7,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month
