Business Operation and Risk Lead

Summary OxPay Financial Limited is a leading payment company in Asia listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange. Its subsidiary MC Pay Pte Ltd is a MAS licensed Payment Service Provider. Together with licensed payment subsidiaries in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, the group aims to become an ASEAN payment powerhouse by expanding to more countries in Southeast Asia. We are seeking a Business Operation and Risk Lead to be part of our team. In this role, you play a key role in ensuring that the company is onboarding customers in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. At the same time review, control the company\'s exposure to potential risk and fraud activities. Duties and Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Head of Compliance to develop, implement and operationalise compliance, risk and fraud management activities.
• Working closely with the sales team to conduct KYC / AML / Registration Policy requirements on customers/entities to ensure all procedures are followed
• Work closely with the operation team to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers once the assessments are completed and ready to proceed to the next step.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure that risk and fraud in payment, settlement and other risk control measures are operational
• Work closely with other departments to ensure your areas of responsibility are functioning effectively
• Work closely with external stakeholders such as regulators, law enforcement, auditors, compliance team of partners or customers to manage risks internal and external to the company.
• Advise sales and other business units on existing and upcoming regulatory requirements
• Keep up to date with the broader industry developments as well as those related to risk, KYC, AML and fraud.
• Lead team members to perform effectively, plan and distribute work as required.
