Overall provide administration, operational as well as sales support to the department
Handle end to end of sales support matters, such as:
Prepare quotes and proposals
Assist to gather information
Ensure sales related information is captured and updated into the system
Prepare and generate reports, invoices etc
Work closely with across different teams. Eg. Finance, Sales
Handle end to end of administration matters, such as:
Handle the procurement of goods and services
Review requests, quotations
Ensure proper delivery
Handle end to end of operational matters, such as:
Overseeing office area, ensuring a clean and conducive environment
Arranging and sorting of parcels and mails
In-charge of office moving renovations, space planning, installation of furniture
Keep track and ensure availability of office equipment, systems and other fixed assets
Overall, manage vendors, service providers etc
Participate in projects
Other duties as and when required
Requirements:
Possess good experience in similar capacity managing Procurement/ Operations/ Sales Support
Well-organized individual with strong abilities to multi-task
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Possess strong problem solving skills
IT Savvy individual
Experience in using ERP software
Min. Diploma/Degree in any discipline
