Contract: Agency (1-Year Contract, Full-Time)

Office Location: 101 Thomson Road

Working Hours: 9.00am \xe2\x80\x93 6.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)

Expected salary: S$2,300 \xe2\x80\x93 S$3,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide logistical support for branches / roadshows
• Manage physical equipment / premium / uniform stock inventories
• Conduct onsite visits and audit checks at roadshow, branches, logistics\xe2\x80\x99 premises, etc.
• Manage issuance / returns of uniforms, passes, etc.
• Put up payments requests, etc.
• Support manpower deployment tracking
• Collate sales acquisitions and referral reports
• Generate MIS / data reports for sales and rewards fulfilments
• Perform supporting function for marketing campaigns and event activities
• Prepare marketing collaterals, landing page, etc. for campaign needs
• Work with internal and external stakeholders for collaterals, gift rewards, etc.
• Handle SMS broadcasts for rewards fulfilments to customers
• Carry out any other administrative support functions that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements:
• Min. 21 years of age with at least 5 GCE O level passes (min. B3 grade in English)
• Preferably with marketing, logistics or roadshow experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint (min. intermediate level)
• Possess strong written and analytical skillsets
• Committed, a team player and willing to work overtime and/or weekends as and when required \xef\x82\xb7
• Able to work independently, multitask and meet tight timeline
