Job Description
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Industry: Automotive Manufacturing (US MNC)
Salary Range: $4,200 per month
Working Hours: 8.00 am to 5.33 pm from Mondays to Fridays
Responsibilities: -
- Reviews business systems and workflow and performs process analysis of existing and future Finance & Manufacturing systems/processes.
- This involves mapping existing process and proposing new/improved process, drawing reference from the departments strategic directives and operational/process.
- Works with various department business process owners to review existing systems and process as well as identify the process-related issues to be automated and integrated as part of improving the overall operational efficiency and reduce cost.
- Gathers and documents requirements (covering business processes and needs) and translates into detailed functional specifications.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
- Diploma Holder. Minimum ~3 years of business analyst / system improvement process experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel, access, data automation and data analysis, process mapping
- Experience working in a highly complex environment and with good conceptualization on work flow and system processes
- Strong team player who is meticulous and self-motivated, processes strong analytical skills, and is able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
