Currently recruiting for a BU Head for the local oncology market. Working for a small business that dominates the market they are looking for you to continue and improve on that with the current product.
They also have a couple of new products that will be launched this year and next. With an immediate team to take over, you will also be looking at the strategic vision for the business and planning the growth of the team.
The Business Unit Head will:
- Lead the sales team for the Singapore market to achieve the required financial targets.
- Define and follow commercial strategy for growth.
- Work with colleagues to help plan for new product launches.
- Day to day people management with potential for team growth.
The Business Unit Head will have:
- Degree qualified.
- Experience within pharmaceutical sales ideally within the oncology space.
- People leadership experience.
