Job Description
About the Network Assistant Manager Role:
This position will work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to manage the development of the design, construction, and operation of fronthaul and backhaul infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the lead in cost saving initiatives, conduct Continuous Improvement (CI) exercise
- Stake holder management internally and externally
- Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions
Provide support in Design, source & project manage
To succeed in the Networks Assistant Manager job, you will need to be hands-on and possess the ability to work effectively with senior business team leaders.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in project management of terrestrial infrastructure
- Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills
- Global perspective, with a sensitivity to multiple and diverse cultures
Clear understanding of commercial & financial processes
Strong time management & work well under pressure
