• Manage POS, cash and NETS transactions
• Manage and coordinate Deliveroo & Food Panda orders
• Manage, track and coordinate online orders
• Oversee scheduling of staff members
• Barista duties
• Manage daily operations of the counter and the cafe
• Monitor and maintain cafe inventory
• Listen to customer preferences and make suggestions for menu items
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise cafe staff when needed
• Assist in all ad-hoc tasks set forth by management
• Responsible for Closing of the store and occasionally Opening of the store when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous working experience as Barista preferred but training will be provided
• POS experience preferred but training will be provided
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Great attention to detail and ownership
• Great interpersonal and leadership skills
• Must possess a positive and friendly attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people, including colleagues and customers

OFFER:

• Salary: $1400-1500/month; 6 days a week; part-time or full-time
• 12pm-5pm Monday-Thursday
• 12pm-6pm Friday-Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per weekSalary: $1,400.00 - $1,500.00 per monthSchedule:
