To ensure all team members understand the general set up of all work areas. . Be able to provide operational assistance as required in all areas of the operation such as Registers, Espresso standards, Admin, Stock Levels, Guest Service and Store Reports. . Prepare weekly schedule according to budgeted sales and labour targets. . The Manager during quiet times may also be required to as well as making team members responsible for: o Clear and clean work areas o Clear and clean tables o Dust shelves and merchandise o Restock shelves . To perform any other duties as and when required and assigned by management. Requirements: . Minimum 'N' Level / 'O' Level / ITE . Minimum 1 year of F&B Management experience .
