Job Description


The Café Manager / Outlet Manager leads the compliance of service, food hygiene, safety and other standards amongst the team on each shift.

Responsible for the daily operations of Café which includes but not limited to:-

  • Managing daily front-of-house operations and customer services to optimise outlet performance.
  • Managing overall P&L of outlet, including cost control
  • Managing & handing with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation, etc
  • Work with Head Chef to come up with café promotions for revenue optimisation
  • Provides service guidance & training to the staff in management of customers’ queries, and plans staff scheduling based on operational needs.
  • Monitors food and beverage services to ensure excellence customer service


Job Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience of leading a team & full responsibilities of managing P&L of an outlet
  • Positive with a passion to serve and take initiative
  • Team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
