We have 2 cafes, @Paya Lebar & Pasir Panjang, both which are within in 5-7 minutes of walking distance from the MacPherson & Pasir Panjang MRT stations respectively. https://www.knotscafeandliving.com/ We are looking for a Cafe Manager to organize daily operations, oversee cafe revenue, and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. To be successful in this role you should have related work experience with various roles in the F&B industry. Ultimately, you role should help to increase profitability, boost customer engagement and turn our cafe into the talk of town. Job Scope Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe Advise and guide staff on the best ways to resolve issues with customers and deliver excellent customer service Engage in the process of staff hiring ( resumes selection and interviewing ) Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment Coordinate with vendors and order supplies Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses Add new menu items based on seasonality, together with the Head Chef Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation Generate events and promotions to boost cafe revenue Adhere and enforce employee-compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Requirements : 6 day work week ( rostered weekend / week day off ) Diploma in Business Management or Hospitality & Tourism, with 2-5 years of F&B service industry experience Excellent leadership skills, experience leading a team Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security Strong interpersonal and communication skills Possess the ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets Comfortable in working independently as well as with the management setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed Organized and detail-oriented Able to start work immediately Must be eligible to work in Singapore ( no sponsorship will be applicable ) Benefits : Staff welfare benefits & festive gatherings Child education benefits for parents Birthday Leave & voucher No Sick-Leave ' Bonus ( After one year of employment ) Medical Subsidy Locations : Paya Lebar ( 5-min walk from MACPHERSON MRT Station - Circle line ) Pasir Panjang ( 5-min walk from PASIR PANJANG MRT Station - Circle line ) Remuneration & Working Hours : Salary : Ranging $2700 -$3500 per month Working Hours : 44-hour per week ( 6 days ) Job Type : Permanent Full Time
