Lead the kitchen operation team to prepare and deliver quality menu in accordance to concept offering. Build F&B team with recruitment, training and grooming of talents, organize and shifts Work with senior management in setting personal goals for the F&B team to ensure continuous development as part of the appraisal process. Responsible for all administrative matters of the store. e.g. ordering, rostering, sales revenue reports, payroll calculation, necessary expenses payment etc.
Work with the operations team in order to ensure all pending payments, stock movements in & out are recorded effectively and to ensure all shipments are processed expediently and accurately to ensure a smooth operational process is observed. Control of operating expenses as well as estimation of budgets and forecast with measures to reduce wastage. Daily revenue tracking and financial analysis of cost vs sales.
