Job Description

Job Scope



Includes but not limited to the following:

? Manage day-to-day operations of cafe

- Stock-taking and managing of inventories

- Ensure satisfactory customers experiences

- Training of new hires and ensure adherence to SOPs

- Provides excellent customer service

? Ensure accuracy of orders and payments

? Prepare and serve food items and beverages to customers

- Manage product display and replenish necessary items

? Perform housekeeping duties and maintain general hygiene and cleanliness of outlet

Hiring for: Serangoon Central and Chinatown. Both outlets are located next to MRT stations.
