Toa Payoh / Punggol / Tiong Bahru / Margaret MarketResponsibilities:
Warmly greet and interact with all customers, ensuring a welcoming environment. Deliver exceptional customer service that meets Creamier's standards. Prepare coffee-based beverages, teas, and food items using Creamier's unique recipes and procedures. Serve food and beverages in an efficient, friendly, and attentive manner. Maintain full knowledge of the menu to make tailored recommendations to customers. Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) for food and beverage preparation and the ordering system. Perform cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism. Set up and prepare workstations before shifts begin. Ensure cleanliness and maintain an organized and hygienic workspace. Monitor and restock inventory for daily operations, minimizing wastage and spoilage. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of customer service experience Strong work ethic with initiative and a willingness to learn. Friendly, cheerful, and customer-oriented personality. Strong communication skills and fluency in English Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Alternate 5/6 work week
