Responsibilities
The call officer will be attending to fault reports and user requests for facilities services in a healthcare environment.

  • Responsible for call requests for faults, call handling and coordination work.
  • Customer service excellence
  • Responsible for update and feedback to customers or end users
  • Monitor and update the system
  • File all documentation & records.
  • Any other tasks, when required by Engineer
Requirements
  • A\'level / Diploma education
  • Able to communicate & write English
  • A good team worker
  • Call handling experience
