Call Center | Customer Service | MNC company
Location: Jurong East/Changi
Salary: 3k and above (depends on experience)
Consistently meet the targets set without compromising the quality of customer service
To maintain professional & good conduct in dealing with customers & fellow CSOs.
Properly address customer\'s needs and advise accordingly.
Liaise with other teams to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
Ensure correct documentation, notification, tracking, escalation and follow up of all incidents.
Perform outbound calls to users when required
Be able to take stress of answering calls from the public
Job Requirements
1. Tech-savvy
2. Possess background in customer facing role (either front/backend)
3. Able to work morning and evening shift
4. Flexible in work deployment when required.
