Customer Service Officer (Bank, 5 Days)
Salary: $2650 - $5000 (Base on experience) Benefits: Shirt Allowance $400-$600 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus Workdays: 5 Days, Morning and Night Shift Company Shuttle from Jurong East, Tanah Merah, Hougang, Toa Payoh, and City Hall
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service over the telephone to customers in call centre, bank products, accounts, and services enquiries.
- Ability to understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
- Deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Gather customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and identify problem for improvement
