Job Scope:
- Manage incoming calls and handles customer service inquires
- Generate sales leads from prospects and existing customers in renewing contractual terms
- Identify and assist with customer\'s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Min N / O/ A levels / Diploma in any field
- Able to start asap or on short notice period
- On job training would be provided
