Job Description
1) Manage general enquiries of inbound calls and online enquiries 2) Handle any other hotline administrative functions Candidate Requirements (including specific professional qualification/knowledge/office skills/system)
- Diploma / NITEC / GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\' Level or equivalent
- Minimum C5 for English O level
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in call centre environment and/or service related industry
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and a Second Language
- Computer literate and good typing skills
- Day shift
- Call center: 1 year (Required)
