Call Centre Executive * Location : Bukit Batok / Bedok * Working hours : Training: (Mon-Thu) 8.30am - 6.00pm, (Fri) 8.30am - 5.30pm After Training Shift A: (Mon-Fri) 8.25am - 5:45pm Call Centre Executive Location : Bukit Batok / Bedok Working hours : Training: (Mon-Thu) 8.30am - 6.00pm, (Fri) 8.30am - 5.30pm After Training Shift A: (Mon-Fri) 8.25am - 5:45pm Shift B: (Mon-Fri) 8.40am - 6.00pm Shift C: (Mon-Thur) 8:55am -5:30pm, (Fri) 8:55am - 5.20pm, (Sat) 8.25am - 1.00pm (Based on Schedule) Salary : $2,000 - $2,200 + Incentive + Allowance Job Scope Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support. Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email. Remain up-to-date with the latest information that impacts the delivery of service to the customers and provide accurate information promptly to customers. Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs. Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly. Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call back to customers if necessary. Follow Standard Operating Procedures closely. Work as a team and ensure that the contact centre service level is met. Any other tasks assigned.
