+ 12 Months contract (Renewable) + Up to $2,400 + $180/month + 8.5 hours a day, staggered within 8:30AM to 8:30PM + 5 Days work week include weekend and PH + Training Provided : + 12 Months contract (Renewable) + Up to $2,400 + $180/month + 8.5 hours a day, staggered within 8:30AM to 8:30PM + 5 Days work week include weekend and PH + Training Provided : - Managing customer's enquiries and provide resolution to customer's dispute cases - Communicate & liaise with other stakeholders to resolve issues - Use of CRM systems to record, update and retrieve customer's data and information (including notes about interactions) accurately. - Diligently follow up with customer Job Requirement: - Strong communication and customer service skills - Preferably 1 years' experience in call centre or customer service role - Able to work in call centre environment under pressure and multi-task - Comfortable to work over the weekends and PH Interested candidates please click 'Apply Now'.
