Job Description
Our client is Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s exclusive distributor, who boasts an extensive sales, service and spare parts Honda network. The entire range of Honda-approved models can be viewed and test-driven in two strategically located Honda Centres. Both centres are characterised by its complete Sales and Service facilities. Both centres are supported by a spare parts facility where a wide range of genuine Honda parts, lubricants, accessories and care car products are available. The Ubi Honda Centre also houses our client\xe2\x80\x99s headquarters and a fully stocked parts inventory.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending to customers\xe2\x80\x99 phone enquiries and calls deployment .
- Providing service reservations.
- Coordinating breakdown site services for customers.
- Updating customers\xe2\x80\x99 database in system.
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- You have minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 /\xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99 level or equivalent.
- You have service-oriented mindset.
- You are a team player with good discipline and positive attitude.
- You are equipped with administrative experience.
